* Anyone wanting to borrow traps or purchase subsidized spay/neuter certificates must do so at one the scheduled dates listed below.
* Trap loan starts at 11:00 a.m. (please note new time) at the shed behind (up the hill from) from the CASPCA.
* A Voices for Animals' volunteer will help you complete a trap loan form, accept your trap deposit, and then loan you the needed number of traps.
* After trap-loan, at 11:30 a.m., anyone who has not seen the humane trapping video will accompany the Voices for Animals' volunteer to the new CASPCA building for the training session (which lasts approx. 30 minutes). During the training session, you will learn safe and humane trapping techniques. Please show up on time so the session can begin promptly as scheduled.
* If you have already attended a training session with us, you can skip the training segment and simply borrow traps or purchase certificates from 11:00-11:30 a.m. on these dates.
* To find the trap return/loan shed from the CASPCA building on 3355 Berkmar Drive, park on the right-hand side of the building and walk up the small hill to the right of the parking lot.
* There is a $50 deposit per trap. You may leave a check for the deposit, which we will return to you (uncashed) when you return the traps.
* Traps may not be loaned to third parties or used for any purpose other than to humanely trap feral unowned cats for sterilization and vaccinations.

* To return traps, you must bring them to one of the scheduled trap return dates listed below.
* Trap return takes place from 11:00-11:30 a.m. (please note new time) at the shed behind the CASPCA. To avoid walking up the hill, you can drive to the old SPCA location at 2075 Woodburn Road (turn into the driveway and follow it until it ends; you'll see two small red sheds on your left).
* A Voices for Animals' volunteer will receive the traps and return your deposit. Please never leave a trap unless a Voices for Animals' representative is there to receive it.

Please read our humane trapping guidelines.
Note about wildlife: If you accidentally trap a wild animal, you must release the animal in the same location that he/she was trapped. Many wild animals can't survive relocation. Please respect our wildlife and their right to live. For more information, please read our humane trapping guidelines.
We have a limited number of traps, so please return all borrowed traps as soon as possible. If you must take a break in trapping, please return traps at the earliest possible date so others may use them, and you can make arrangements to borrow them again at a later date.
